Superintendent

Wayne Eskew is a lifetime resident of Texas and has been around construction his entire life. He graduated from Crockett High School in Austin and went to work for a family owned electrical company where he worked his way up to a master electrician position. In 1990, Wayne came to Tri-County Construction as a master electrician, but it wasn’t long before he realized that he also had interests in learning the other fields of construction. Wayne continued with his electrical work for Tri-County Construction, but also did some sales, estimating and carpentry – basically Wayne is a jack-of-all-trades today. After years of working on job sites, Bob realized that Wayne would better serve the company with his wealth of knowledge and experience by overseeing the work that goes on at the jobs rather than performing the duties himself. In 1996 Wayne became the superintendent of Tri-County Construction, Inc. You can always find him on one of the various job sites where he enjoys overseeing all phases of the construction process.
